Service Department
When it comes to servicing your vehicle, we’ll do what it takes to get you in, out and back on the road. We can also provide you with a detailed maintenance service schedule specific to your vehicle (usually based on kilometers driven and/or time). Factory trained Technicians, experienced Service Advisors and convenient hours make a winning combination in our GoodWrench Service Department here at O’Farrell’s Chevrolet. Our GoodWrench Service Department is open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. From regular maintenance to major powertrain work we can do it. Make an appointment with us today.

Jack Farrell – Service Manager
Jack started with us in the 1990’s in our mechanical apprenticeship program. Soon after he became a qualified GM technician at which he worked at for a number of years. Jack is a big part of the reason why O’Farrell Chev won GM’s most prestigious award given to a dealer, "The President’s Triple Crown."
Allan Macleod – Warranty Admin and Fleet Manager
Allan has worked for us forover 30 years in the Service Department. He is also our New Vehicle Fleet Manager as well as several other titles. We are very fortunate to have an employee that is as knowledgeable about the service department as Allan.
Jason Mackinnon – Service Advisor
Ronnie Rossong – Service Advisor
These two gentleman are frontline guys and a direct link to our Customer Satisfaction. Jason has been with us for a number of years and has become a very efficient service advisor. Many of our current customers have commented on how great it is to deal with Jason – you will too. Ronnie has a very strong service history as a service manager at an import dealership. He has been with us since 2005 and is working side by side in our dual lane service drive through with Jason. The response we have had from customers is nothing short of excellent – I’m sure you will say that too.
